    Amy Mosher, Vice President, Human Resources

    Amy is accountable for HighWire’s global human resources strategy including organizational development, talent acquisition, strategic resource planning, employment law, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.

  • John Doherty, Vice President, Customer Success

    John has over 15 years of experience building and leading dynamic, fast paced technical support and operations organisations globally and is accountable for the global customer success functions by directing the relationship management teams.

  • Miles McNamee, Vice President, Global Sales

    Prior to joining HighWire Miles led the global sales effort at Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) for 10 years. With a strong network and considerable knowledge across STM and scholarly publishing, Miles has deep experience in consultative, strategic, large-scale business development.

  • Ruth Hall, Senior Director, Global Marketing

    Ruth has a background in digital publishing and large-scale platform development. Before HighWire, Ruth worked with another SaaS solution provider, in identity verification. Her focus is on marketing and business development, communications, and ensuring an excellent experience for all HighWire customers.

    Michael Compton, Chief Financial Officer

    Michael leads our strategic financial operations and staff. He is a technology veteran, bringing 30+ years of executive leadership experience in support of rapid growth public and private businesses. Michael is a licensed CPA and CGMA.

    Before joining HighWire, Oliver was Head of Web Development for Waterstones Booksellers. Oliver’s remit at HighWire is to build great products and deliver wonderful user experiences for customers.

    Todd has over 20 years of experience contributing strategically to HighWire’s technology innovation. He has responsibility for leading the worldwide research and development teams.

  • Michael Frederickson, Senior Director, Project Management Office (PMO)

    Michael leads our global professional services delivery teams, after spending three and a half years providing project leadership on major migration and new journal projects at HighWire. He is a proven professional services leader, with prior experience managing technical teams for IT Technologies, Software Development and Business Intelligence.
